After obtaining the QR code, you must add it to your phone and activate it within 30 days (the plan will automatically expire if it is not used within 30 days).

How to use eSIM

  • Scan the QR code: "Settings > Mobile Services > Join eSIM > Scan QR code"

  • Quick installation without scanning: Long press the eSIM QR code in the email after redemption. A "Add eSIM" prompt will appear. Press it and follow the steps to install.
• ✅The QR code can only be scanned by the phone that will be using it. Once scanned, the phone will be bound to the device and cannot be used on another device afterward.
• ✅ Please save this QR code. It will be activated immediately upon installation and will not pause the eSIM countdown even if you close the settings. eSIM installation requires a network connection. Please install your eSIM in Taiwan on the day of departure, or install it upon arrival in the country where you will have a stable Wi-Fi/mobile network connection.
