• You will receive a redemption email within 5 minutes of placing your eSIM plan order. The redemption code must be redeemed within 90 days. After obtaining the QR code, you must add it to your phone and activate it within 30 days (the plan will automatically expire if it is not used within 30 days).

How to use eSIM

• ✅ eSIM installation allows you to:
  • Scan the QR code: "Settings > Mobile Services > Join eSIM > Scan QR code"
  • Quick installation without scanning: After redeeming the code, simply click "One-Click Installation and Activation" on the redemption page.
  • Quick installation without scanning: Long press the eSIM QR code in the email after redemption. A "Add eSIM" prompt will appear. Press it and follow the steps to install.

• ✅ The QR code can only be scanned by the phone that is to be used. Once scanned, the phone is bound and cannot be used on a different device afterward.
• ✅ Please save this QR code. It will be activated immediately upon installation and the eSIM countdown will not be paused even if you close the settings. eSIM installation requires a network connection. Please install your eSIM in Taiwan on the day of departure, or install it upon arrival in the country where you will have a stable Wi-Fi/mobile network connection. (Some airports may have signal obstruction or unstable network conditions; please check beforehand or install it in Taiwan.)
• ✅ Please follow the instructions for installation. Do not exit the screen during the process to avoid your phone misinterpreting and deleting the eSIM plan.
