How to use eSIM

  • Scan the QR code: "Settings > Mobile Services > Join eSIM > Scan QR code"
  • Quick installation without scanning: After redeeming the code, simply click "One-Click Installation and Activation" on the redemption page.
  • Quick installation without scanning: Long press the eSIM QR code in the email after redemption. A "Add eSIM" prompt will appear. Press it and follow the steps to install.

• ✅ The QR code can only be scanned by the phone that will be using it. Once scanned, the phone will be bound to the device and cannot be used on another device afterward.
• ✅ Please save this QR code. It will be activated immediately upon installation and the eSIM countdown will not be paused even if you close the settings. eSIM installation requires a network connection. Please install your eSIM in Taiwan on the day of departure, or install it upon arrival in the country where you will have a stable Wi-Fi/mobile network connection.
